ProEconomica Team decided to give us a late Christmas present by implementing level 3 & 4 technologies. They were a little bugged at first but they work fine now. Veteran players already researched them and put them on sale, so go upgrade your company! 
The Map, City and Home as I predicted in my last post didn’t get implemented this year … maybe next year or the year after that. Anyway Happy New Year!
